OUR CHALLENGE: Sharing learnings around new ways of working
Azpiral is an Irish SME focussed on delivering all aspects of digital customer engagement. We are primarily focused on the fuel, convenience and B2B sectors in Ireland, UK and Europe and our services deliver real-time consumer data capture to our clients.
As part of our digital transition, we recently started using MS Dynamics 365 as our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. We found there was a lot to learn as we transitioned, and also employed a 3rd party to help us along the way. We were looking to connect with other companies who were already active users of MS Dynamics to share learnings and experience and so asked IRDG for their help with this.
The calibre of response we received from the IRDG membership was excellent. As a result of this, we were able to gain and share learning with other users of Dynamics 365. We found members incredibly helpful and as expected we are all facing the same challenges and grappling with the same questions. In some cases, members were ahead of us as regards their experience in Dynamics and they were able to help us. In others, we had learning we were able to share with other members.
Overall, we have found the IRDG MQT process very helpful and it is something we would hope to avail of again as we face other challenges in the business.
