On 23rd February, we will host a very special virtual IRDG Innovation Shared Interest Group led by Dr John McKeon, health innovation entrepreneur, CEO of Allergy Standards Ltd and IRDG Board member.
John has a fascinating story to share with members. Over the course of two hours, he will share his perspectives and experience, facilitate a service journey workshop and tell his own personal story and journey in healthcare innovation. John is the Founder & CEO of Allergy Standards Ltd, an independent, global certification company that tests and certifies consumer products suitable for people with asthma and other allergies. He founded the company while working as an Emergency Room Doctor. John is passionate about innovation, and an expert is healthcare entrepreneurship. In addition to his entrepreneurial and business activities, John also maintains an interest in university teaching, research and knowledge exchange practices. He is the Entrepreneur in Residence at the Centre for Practice and Healthcare Innovation in the Faculty of Health Sciences as well as a member of the Knowledge Transfer & Innovation Committee, in Trinity College Dublin.
