The biennial Business Expenditure on Research and Development (BERD) Survey 2011/2012 is jointly conducted by the Central Statistics Office (CSO) and Forfás and the most recent data was released by the CSO on 19 February 2013. An analysis of this data was published by Forfás on the 29th August 2013. This survey examines R&D activities performed across the business sector in 2011.
