Driving your Digital Transformation, 13th June, Croke Park

As part of IRDG’s continued Smart Connected Series, we are delighted to invite members to join us for a unique event on Digitalisation which we are hosting together with Siemens.

“Technology is growing exponentially.  Industries are merging, and new ones are being born.  It’s becoming clearer that there is no longer such a thing as a digital strategy – just strategy in a digital world.”

Digitalisation offers businesses the opportunity to become more efficient, improve quality, scale faster, improve competitiveness and win new customers.  And yet almost one third of Irish companies have no strategy for this, according to a report launched on 5 December 2017 by Siemens.  The report highlighted that Irish companies have yet to fully appreciate and unlock the value presented by digitalisation, which involves integrating Big Data and New Business Models to deliver increased productivity and boost competitiveness.  Realising these potential benefits requires a range of different actions and strategies.

IRDG members are invited to explore the business case, skills and technologies required for “Driving your Digital Transformation”.  This joint Siemens / IRDG event will take place on Wednesday 13 June at The Hogan Suite, Croke Park.

This half day event will feature informative sessions, demonstrations and exhibitions.  It is complimentary for IRDG members to attend.  Relevant exhibition opportunities are also available.
