IRDG is pleased to continue our members-only R&D Tax Credit Clinics into 2016. These were a new initiative during 2015, and have proven very popular, giving many different employees in member companies the opportunity to understand the scheme, and their responsibilities in supporting an R&D Tax Credit claim.

Knowledge Development Box Seminar, 9th Feb

The Knowledge Development Box (KDB) is aimed at incentivising companies to undertake innovative activities in Ireland by providing a 6.25% corporate tax rate for income generated from commercialising certain intellectual property (“IP”).

2016 will be the first year of the scheme in Ireland, and IRDG will hold a seminar on February 9th bringing together key parties including State Agencies, Revenue, Taxation and Intellectual Property professionals to explain and debate this new initiative for industry.
